Each time you start your LeSabre, a self-check system with an indicator light alerts you that the system is working. In addition, Dual Stage airbag deployment is tailored for the severity of the crash.   Seat-Mounted Side-Impact Air Bag*** To protect against certain injuries in the event of a side impact, LeSabre has the added safety of standard driver and front right passenger side-impact airbags.   Upper Child Seat Anchor*** By fastening the rear tether (or belt) on a child seat on the upper anchor located behind the rear seats, this new feature allows a child seat to be securely attached to the body of the car. ***A NOTE ON CHILD SAFETY: Always use safety belts and proper child restraints even with airbags. Limited's available steering wheel controls feature both radio and temperature adjustment controls.   Rain-Sensing Delay Wipers LeSabre's available rain-sensing delay wipers automatically activate (when set in delay mode) when moisture collects on the windshield. Cued by an internal sensor, the wipers use the amount of moisture on the windshield and the speed of the vehicle to determine their rate of operation, thus eliminating the need to constantly change delay settings due to intermittent rain, and, as a result giving LeSabre drivers one less reason to take their hands off the wheel.   Tinted Glass Solar-Ray® solar-controlled glass in all LeSabre windshields, rear windows and side glass helps reduce the transmission of both infrared and ultraviolet rays thereby giving LeSabre drivers and passengers reduced glare.   Rear Window Defogger LeSabre's rear window defogger improves vision through the rear window by using a heating element to remove condensed moisture from the glass.   Front Side Window Defogger LeSabre's front side window defoggers help keep the side windows clear, improving vision to the side and outside rearview mirrors.   Remote Trunk Release For enhanced convenience and safety, LeSabre's interior trunk release enables you to open the trunk without leaving the passenger compartment.
